Harvey Nash VN to become Global Hub for Software & Business Process Services

London, 20th February 2013 – The success of NashTech’s, (a Harvey Nash Group company) outsourcing services across the UK, Germany, the USA and Australia  has resulted in increasing importance of, and opportunities for our Software Development and Business Process Outsourcing (‘BPO’) business. As a result Harvey Nash’s Vietnam business is to become the Group’s global hub for outsourcing, delivering resources, projects and talent into end markets worldwide. Key new target markets for Software and BPO in 2013 include Japan, Singapore and Hong Kong, with the management team being expanded to leverage these opportunities. These markets will be supported initially from our existing office network.

NashTech  employ over 1600 IT Services staff in Vietnam with over 400 engineers and project professionals across its office network. Clients include:  NSK, Honda, Hearst, Prudential, Weatherby’s, Prudential, Google and Genus plc.

Alistair Copeland who has been Managing Director UK and Vietnam, is promoted to Managing Director Global Markets and Operations, with Glenn Wiseman appointed to the role of UK Managing Director.
